Knowledge Reuse

Turns out bikepacking is a useful skill in the corporate world as well. I'm off to India for a month and packed in a carry-on.

There's even a week supply of cliff bars in there.

Also akin to cycling the people make the trip. I have the good fortune of traveling with my friend Lal who is from India. Thanks Lal! I'm looking forward to a first great trip outside the continental US.

Mumbai, Jammu, Bangalore, and Agra are on the short list. I'm using offline map tools from TD as well as my steripen. The team in India apparently does weekend bike outings on a coffee or tea plantation. Schedule permitting I will get in some two wheeled time on the other side of the world. That would be a great addition to my list of cycling locations for the year.

I'm concerned about the human interactions in India. I've heard numerous stories about prolific and perpetual begging. Human suffering is a painful sight.

I can't wait to experience the new culture and explore a whole different world.
